• Job Details:CRM & Customer Services Executive Date of experience: May/2018 Responsibilities: - Dealing directly with customers either by telephone ,electronically or face to face in high professional and presentable way . - Handling and resolving customers complains (walk –in / call-in) related to contracts , collections , complains , etc……... - Woking on CRM system and preparing a high presentable reports and presentations . - Working with collection team and follow up the company cash flow. - Writhing cheeks and handling all finance and collection requests. - Part sales operation team (finishing up reservation process with the clients ) - part from sales admin team (follow up the sales team calls and preparing report of loss data ) - Cover with call canter team in the rash hours days .
