• Job Details:• Receive vacancy details from client companies and log them into our database along with client details. • Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g. Our website , different social media platforms). • Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates through referrals or social media and business networks. • Receiving and screening CVs, applications, managing interviews and shortlisting the qualified candidates • Briefing candidates about the , salary and benefits of the job • Organizing interviews for the candidates as requested by the client. • Informing the candidates about the results of their interviews. • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates. • Offering advice to candidate.
