• Job Details:Visit customer sites (banks) for requirement gathering and deployments. Planning and monitoring the project's progress. Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans. Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary. Managing project administration/project communication with clients. Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed.

Collaborate with the internal teams to plan and implement all project deliverables. Maintain daily communication with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure projects are running on time and within the budget. Assist in developing documentation including statement of work, project proposals, and reports. Coordinate with other teams when required. Observe and implement more efficient methods to carry out project management tasks. Conduct user training. Send project progress updates/weekly updates to the clients.

Project Coordinator - ERP

• Job Details:Assist in developing project plans/timelines and monitoring the project progress. Collaborate with the internal team to plan and implement all project deliverables. Maintain daily communication with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure projects are running on time and within the budget. Assist in developing documentation including statement of work, project proposals, and reports. Coordinate with other teams when required. Manage expectations of all stakeholders (internal/external) involved in projects. Observe and implement more efficient methods to carry out project management tasks. Conduct user trainings.
