• Job Details:• Prepared a Risk Assessment Report for new commitments, annual reviews and increase packages including all the required qualitative and quantitative analysis to conclude rationale associated with final recommendations to be submitted to the designated lending authorities. • Reviewed and assessed risk studies for large corporates and mid-cap to ensure their compliance with CBE regulations and EBE Internal Credit and Risk policies and EBE procedures. • Conducted a thorough financial and industrial analysis along industries' characteristics, all inherent risks and their mitigations based on a scientific approach. • Prepared EBE Corporate Portfolio Analysis on a quarterly basis including but not limited to the following: utilisations, exposures, collaterals, provisions, risk ratings, percentage of industry/sector concentration as per CBE regulations, concentration by risk ratings, concentration of top 50 clients and their related entities, past dues, magnitude of SMEs against total portfolio…etc. • Conducted several stress testing scenarios on the Portfolio reflecting macroeconomic and microeconomic indicators and discussed conclusions and recommendations in the Credit Risk Committee. • Reviewed and validated Expected Credit Loss through data entered by credit authorities such as correct industry code, financials, magnitude of exporting and/or importing and profitability margins. • Attended all relevant Credit Committees related to cases in hand on a bi-weekly basis being Main Credit Committee and High Executive Committee to defend the risk recommendation whether it is aligned or not with the corporate side request. • Followed up on all the account conduct of the assigned portfolio and conducting any amendments, temporarily increases and fulfilment of any condition(s) subsequent.

• Job Details:Worked closely with the community in Ezbet Khairallah to ensure the proper implementation of the project activities, supervised 4 implementing NGOs with a target beneficiaries of 1000 girls and 300 boys. Documented all project interventions such as case studies, photos, videos…etc, for periodical donor reports. Acted as back-up photographer for project interventions and events that were published in Plan’s official Facebook page and with the donor. Assisted in the production of media campaign for the project with the implementing agency to produce ATL and BTL awareness advertisements for the project. Coordinated technical and logistical arrangements for visiting news, media and international personnel. Created and designed a new model for showcasing the success stories. Ensured brand visibility of ‘Because I am a Girl’ and Plan International in the field and in project activities. Ensured that the submitted reports from the partners and the field are in line with the donor’s requirements in terms of quality and language. Built and maintained good relationship with donors and state, township government authorities and attended regular meetings to promote partnerships.
