    • Job Details:Fleet management support standardization and enforcement of fleet and admin policy and management procedures, guidelines and processes and implement a life-cycle management system as required. Provide information from fleet management system, vehicle fuel consumption monitoring & management. Support the disposal process of the FH vehicles and motorcycles in accordance with the disposal policy. Analyze vehicle status and cost upkeep, provide recommendations on vehicle repairs, disposal and replacement. Ensure all vehicles/motorcycle service inspections are made well in advance, service schedules and adhere to and any issues that arise are communicated and dealt with appropriately. Monitor and negotiate vehicle repairs to save on costs and continually search for ways to improve quality and gain better value for money from other fleet service providers. Verify all vehicle/motorcycle repairs and maintenance; include other transport invoices and deal with any issues before passing them to the coordinator. Monitor and reconcile all fleet records, all related expenses e.g. fuel consumption, service, repairs etc. Arrange for insurance and lodge claims. Promote and spearhead safety driving/riding of motorcycles and motor vehicles in the organization.
