Technical discussions with local authorities. ▪ Reviewing Material submittals and shop drawings. ▪ Site inspections and reviewing site reports. ▪ Technical support for Projects team, Maintenance team and Leasing team. ▪ Standardizing the MEP Design criteria, thumb rules for all Americana branches to follow. ▪ Design enhancement. ▪ Projects budgeting. ▪ Value Engineering and Cost control. ▪ Energy saving initiatives ▪ Automation and smart systems applications. ▪ Standardizing the MEP check lists and vendor lists.
