• Job Details:My responsibilities are: - Making Weekly and Monthly Reports providing project status, delay reasons and recommendations for corrective actions. - Creating Project Schedule Baseline - Updating and monitoring Project schedule in P6. - Monitoring Project Actual Progress. - Preparing variation orders. - Making QS and invoices to the client and subcontractors. - Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) of materials. - Determine the impact of changes on project costs and durations, and communicate these to relevant stakeholders. - Assist in hand over the project related documents to the executive team. - Making shop drawings for the design of shoring piles and anchors.
