• Job Details:Over 35 years experience in the Oil & Gas and Civil Industries in Operating companies and EPC Contractors within Contracts & Procurement, Logistics & Materials Management. I have been responsible mainly for Procurement & Contracts but also experienced with Inventory Management & Logistics, more than 25 years of this is at international level overseas, different roles undertaken have covered Coordinator, Supervisor and Management levels. In depth knowledge of all types of Materials and Equipment, Tracking Systems, Procurement and Logistics processes, Import/Export Procedures, Contracts Negotiation, Formulation and Administration. Working knowledge and use of SAP R/3; Purchase to Pay, Materials Management, Plant Maintenance, Order to Cash and General Accounting/Executive Reporting modules. I am very experienced in using the Microsoft Office suite of software and have set up many interactive databases/spreadsheets using Excel; I have also extensive use of Word for creating/maintaining contract documents/templates. I have worked in Muslim countries and have experience and respect of their culture and people, I can still speak a little Arabic and this could be easily improved on. I have been working in Russian speaking countries for the last 12 years and have picked up quite a bit of the language and culture also, initially 2 years in Kazakhstan, then 5 years in different locations in Russia, and more recently back in Kazakhstan, always looking for new challenges I have worked on a number of different project type and assignments including but not limited to; FEED, Detailed Design, Mega EPC Projects, Greenfield, Brownfield, Offshore Construction, Hook Up and Commissioning; Onshore Construction of Structures and Topside Facilities; Maintenance Projects; Offshore Wellhead Construction and Commissioning; Pre-stressed Concrete Coated Pipe Manufacture; Civil Construction and Engineering; Water Supply and Irrigation Infrastructure; O&M Support; Asset Management & Maintenance; Real Estate Services; Information Management Technology; International Procurement & Logistics
