• Job Details:• Microsoft 365 Installation and providing support for multiple clients, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the software. • Lead a team of IT Specialists delivering expert technical support to over 200 clients worldwide, spanning various regions such as the US, UK, Australia, the Middle East, and beyond. • Respond promptly and professionally to clients' inquiries via email, phone, and other electronic mediums to provide exceptional support in resolving their issues and concerns. • Experience in managing System Active Directories and Azure Active Directory, including creating and managing user accounts and permissions. • Oversaw more than 200 computers of the company by installing, monitoring, configuring, maintaining all desktops/laptop/servers and other computer peripherals. • Spearheaded the installation of over 200 computers during the company-wide upgrade. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware such as printer, projector, application systems and network infrastructures. • Accurately record, update, and document requests using the IT service desk system. • Handles Ticketing System (ServiceNow) and managed all support tickets, ensuring that all issues were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. • Assist multiple clients using Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, Any Desk, or MS Teams • Prepare training guides step by step documentation on various knowledge base and deployment procedures.
