• Job Details:• Operated the Urea & Utility plant from the Distributed Control System. • Provided operational analytical production reports to supervisors. • Reviewed and improved standard operating procedures (SOP) for plant equipment. • Coordinated with the Technical Services Department to ensure efficient operation of all plant systems. • Adhered to Permit To Work (PTW) procedures, Lock Out Tag Out procedures (LOTO), Confined Space Entry procedures, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). • Member of the emergency response team. • Trained and qualified team members in operating procedures, process, and control systems.
