• Job Details:Responsible for securing needed supply of all Local and Imported Raw & Packaging Materials related to the Chilled Dairy Sector under the Brands: Lactel & Nestle i.e. Yoghurt, Drinkable Yoghurt, Fresh Milk & Desserts. - Dairy Ingredients including (Fruit Prep, Flavors, Coloring & Texturizing Agents, Cultures). - Packaging Materials including (Plastics – Rigid Containers & Thermoforming Foils, Cartons Range, Alum Lids, Paper, Flexibles,,, etc.) Propose to the top management plans and strategies which reflects the company’s vision, goals and objectives during the phase by providing sets of methods and practices to align with. Maintain all required necessities while launching New Projects in the Market esp. that the Chilled Dairy Sector is a very dynamic file and requires introducing new products continuously to catch the Market trend and the consumer direction; By coordinating with all the concerned parties i.e. the Marketing & Sales Teams and from the other side with the Suppliers to make sure new materials are validated as per the required specifications and will be supplied on the agreed time frame. Set plans to build strategic relationships with optimum suppliers and Conduct visits to discuss business development potentialities and settle any pending issues along with enhancing the cooperation spirit that results in better performance. Responsible for Bidding Aspects and Sharp negotiations with the suppliers to reach most Competitive prices that aligns with the Market Trend and the settled Budget along with recognizing saving opportunities to achieve best possible cost reduction. In addition to the above mentioned, Responsible for some files of Local & Imported Major Raw Materials that are supplied across all the group factories i.e. (Sugar, Cheeses, Salt – Vacuum & E- Salt, Veg Fat i.e. Palm Oil, Starch) Files with the same tasks as mentioned below
