• Job Details:• Optimize CSRs performance from both a quality and efficiency perspective • Use data analytics packages and CRM systems to manage data and produce analysis reports • Drive knowledge transfer within the team • Maintain assets in good condition & follow-up requirements • Focus on problem-solving and provide accurate data • Maintain a good relation & communication with clients • Provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information and analysis. • Develop and maintain information systems across the team, • Set-up necessary tools to achieve client’s requirements • Ensure and maintain Customers satisfaction, primarily driven by value-add and business related relationships • Work closely with sales and presales team • Undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery • Provide additional support to senior managers as required for example delegating both quality assurance team leader & the supervisor tasks and prioritizing these as appropriate. • Supporting teams in project management, including updating project documents, liaising with project leads to get up to date information
