• Job Details:• Participate in project analytics to extract valuable insights and develop actionable recommendations, with the goal of maximizing vessel utilization and minimizing shortfalls to zero. • Forecast trade performance for the Cluster and align the performance pipeline with the market plan. • Manage vessel capacities and allocations, investigating and communicating all schedule changes to both internal and external stakeholders. • Consistently complete and submit timely ship reports to operations planners at all terminals. • Maintain regular communication with terminal operators regarding weekly vessel calls. • Assist in the reconciliation of vessel data for accuracy and completeness. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data processing. • Support the analysis of trade patterns and vessel movements. • Maintain and update vessel reconciliation reports and documentation. • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve discrepancies in vessel data. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in reconciliation processes.
