Senior Construction Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Provided end to end project management of over 20 complex new build and fit out mixed use construction projects within a calendar year. This role involved the full project delivery and close down from inception, including; • Creating architectural drawings of site plans and building plans, including all elevations and floor plans, for internal stakeholder approval and external approvals from local councils and planning departments. • Full cost management of the project from inception with no QS support as part of the role, creating full cost plans and benchmarking against suppliers. Working with MC QS to agree rates and contract. • Completed contract negotiations and management of main contractor and select sub contractors, using D&B, cost plus or lump sum contracts depending on the type of project. • Updated weekly risk registers and reviewed against programme to look for opportunities to mitigate or manage any delays on sites. Held weekly site meetings and managed contractors on site. • Programme management of over 60 additional projects on a yearly basis within the Tesco property programme, managing a team of 4 external consultant PMs covering new builds, store refurbishments, F&B refurbishment and petrol stations. Delivered more than 112 million Dirhams spend yearly.

Change Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Led the planning, design and delivery of a new food store proposition for Tesco Ltd., Jack’s. This was a new concept store and format to provide a competitive store with discount brands such as Lidl in the UK, which included a mixture of new build sites and building conversions/refurbishments. • Managed stakeholder communication and relationships throughout the course of the project to allow all elements of the project to be successfully landed. Provided weekly updates to senior board members regarding progress of all schemes, managed and mitigated project opportunities and risks. • Provided cross departmental support to the project team, working closely with the property, procurement and project teams to ensure seamless delivery and ensured all new concepts meet the agreed critical path and design concepts.
