• Job Details:Assistant Supervision on the Technology Transfer & Innovation Centers of the Industrial Council for Technology and Innovation including: - Follow – up on work progress according to regular and continuously updated work plans - Continuous Monitoring and Analysis for Achievements with reference to KPIs - Assisting and couching in developing new proposals for technical services provided by technology centers - Exploring and acquiring new technical services to be provided to the Industry through the technology centers Link & Coordinate the collaboration between the Industrial Council and National/ International Organizations, Companies & NGOs in the areas of: - Technology updates and transfer projects in the industrial sector, especially for supporting medium and small enterprises. - Searching & providing financing resources and mechanisms to execute new projects to support the industrial sector. - Provide technical assistance and financing resources for entrepreneurs.

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Customer Technical Support: Assists / implement Customer Care Program including - Preparing Treatment Program Manuals, treatment performance monitoring and evaluation, standard procedures, etc. - Assisting in the Customer Complaint Resolution - Plant surveys and management & technical follow ups & reviews Sales Related: - Develop and follow up on technical & commercial proposals for industrial waste water treatment projects and pretreatment & treatment for the industrial process water ( cooling water and boilers systems) - Exploring and acquiring sales opportunities to meet and exceed company target in the segment of process & wastewater polymers and wastewater treatment units Handling sourcing activities for chemicals raw materials & process equipment Assist in product line development & management.
