• Job Details:• Problem solving for day-to-day office issues troubleshoot and engaging supporting resources if necessary • Plan and coordinate firm social events and special events • Implement all recruitment process steps with respect to CV’s screening, contacting recruitment agencies, conducting interviews, maintaining recruitment records • coordinating with training agencies to register approved trainings • Set up strong working relationships with training providers , keep updated with latest developments in the local/international markets • Follow up for the training provider feedback and attendance sheet of our employees. • Send Medical & Life applications to Medical Insurance Company and Follow up with them • Revising bank papers & signature
