• Job Details:1- Study and analysis of Contract Documents and prepare a list of Materials / systems to be procured. 2- Coordinate with Subcontractors / suppliers and list LONG LEAD DELIVERY ITEMS. 3- In coordination with Project QS and Planning Eng., Prepare procurement Log sheet and forward to Head Office procurement Department. 4- Liaison and coordination with Head office Procurement Department on procurement logistics, ensuring on time delivery. 5- Preparation of Materials Submittals in accordance with requirements of Conditions of Contract for materials submittals. 6- Coordinate and monitor materials submittals made by suppliers / subcontractors against procurement schedule and progress reporting. 7- Liaison and coordination with Project Manager / Consultant Engineer on issues related to materials approval and take necessary actions required for those submittals approved as noted or rejected. 8- Technical review of Materials submittals in coordination with QA / QC Eng. 9- Follow – up with suppliers / Subcontractors to establish and schedule spare parts delivery and hand-over including Operation and Maintenance manuals. 10- Coordinate with QA / QC Engineer for off- site Inspection. 11- Following up the schedule of subcontractors’ and suppliers’ as built drawings in coordination with the PM and the PQM and the services coordinator 11- Assisting the PQM in preparing project close out documents if necessary.
