      • Job Details: Created the full accounting department process and policies used by the companies. Receiving collections through bank transfers or cheques and settling it on system (Quickbooks). • A/P - Payables: Creating a weekly AP ageing report to be provided to the company’s CEO. Following up weekly with the suppliers using the AP aging report and statement of accounts. Making payments to suppliers through bank transfers or cheques and settling it on system (Quickbooks). • Daily / Monthly Operations: Controlling Petty cash. Controlling the warehouse transactions, beginning, and ending inventory. Issuing checks and managing bank transfers (after the weekly cash flow meeting). Preparing financial statements (Journal, T- Accounts, General Ledger, Trial Balance, Income statement and Balance sheet) under the supervision of the internal auditor and the external auditing firm. Managing bank reconciliations. Managing monthly payroll calculations from scratch in addition to the salary’s monthly transfers. Preparing WHT, VAT, Fringe benefits and Payroll tax reports.
