• Job Details:Providing the presales team with a project implementation plan including required resources (direct and indirect cost, people, third party support, local requirements) and timelines during the bidding phase. - Assessing the risks of the project, proposing appropriate mitigation solutions, estimating all resources with the implementation of the project and providing the estimates to the Finance department. - All activities related to project planning, project timeline, resource allocation and preparation of project budget to ensure smooth running and execution throughout project execution phases. - Communicating closely with Hardware, Software, and Procurement to gather information pertaining to project planning, budgeting and resource allocation. - Liaising with Hardware, Software, Procurement, logistics and clients to ensure clear and open communication of all project/client requirements, needs and issues. - Acting as client support manager throughout project implementation, resolving issues and addressing client concerns proactively and ensuring client satisfaction throughout all project phases. - Ensuring that the sign off milestones are obtained on time, direct clients’ invoicing by Finance department and upon handover of the final project. - Preparing periodical reports on project status and progress, budget variance analysis and project issues and forwarding them to the operations director.
