• Job Details:Arrange all kinds of export/ import shipping docs. Recommending the best freight forwarder based on historical performance, negotiating prices and conditions to optimize benefit and reduce cost. Filling the documents for export/import shipping docs. Responsible for updating the status of all shipments and following up on its delivery. Following up with loading process at the factory and contact the clearance agent. Following up & tracing the shipment until destination. Coordinating with the clearing agents and prepare supporting documents required for customs clearance. Following up with the freight forwarders, courier and shipping lines for freight quotations and price lists for export/import shipments. Auditing the clearance, courier & freight invoices to be signed from Logistics Manager and sent to the financial department. Making regular updates to export/import shipments.

Foreign purchasing specialistFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for following up the purchasing orders tracking them and making the requested purchasing and procedures. keep a constant check on stock levels; conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality; liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers; build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers; negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided; process payments and invoices; Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements; Ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation such as Bills of lading, Commercial invoices and packing lists; Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments;

sales supervisorFull Time

• Job Details:Coordinate air or ocean shipments for export transactions. Track order progress daily using company operational software. Work with manufacturers to produce orders correct and timely. Work to ensure safe transport of goods to overseas buyer. Update all parties to the transaction on dates and information needed to execute order correctly. Prepare Bill of Lading instructions and File AES reports. Update customer of all order issues as needed. Prepare export documentation per transaction instructions and customer requirements. Collaborate with other company departments to ensure timely shipping.
