• Job Details:• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights within the budget. • Brainstorm new and creative growth ideas. • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. • Supports team manager and performs management duties when a manager is absent or out of office. • Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training. • Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members. • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations. • Oversee day-to-day operation. • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation. • Enter and update customer information in the database (Name-Mobile-Address-Email) • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
