Receive / route customers’ calls and handle all incoming & outgoing calls in addition to the long Distance phone calls professionally & efficiently. Following up the actions and due dates of all opened action plans with the Top Managements. Following up with the head office “Concorde Louvre Hotels” in France all documents and transferring letters, memos, with the Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing Etc... Preparing the contracts of the Top Management as Hotel Managers and General Manager and Director of F&B... etc . Following up, managing and preparing all documents related to Board of Directors and General Assembly Meetings include Invitation, Agenda, Reports and Minutes Of Meeting, regularly handling all the correspondences with all the other groups. My New born projects; Testa Rossa Café in Concorde El Salam Hotel Cairo , Testa Rossa in Maadi, Cherry On Top in City Stars, Cherry on Top in Concorde El Salam Hotel Cairo . I was representing the owner in negotiating the entire articles related to the above mentioned projects. Following up to meet our soft opening due date ...etc. Handling all the reports and contracts related to Concorde EL Salam Hotel Management Company as it’s a sister company. Collecting all the Income Statement reports from Concorde Cairo Hotel , Concorde Sharm Hotel, Moreen Marsa Allam Hotel , Testa Rossa Café (2 Branches ), Cherry On Top ( 2 Branches ), sending to our Consultant Auditor to Check the percentage of the Owner Share and getting all the defects and contacting the Head Departments to solve and handle. Authorized to rent two of our bazaar shops and succeeded to rent one to Flepoateer Shop and the other to Ethiopian Airlines .
