• Job Details:Formulating the Joint Annual Business Plan for each year basis the market benchmark, growth targets and planned improvement measures along with the brand principal • Planning & Developing new launches for the Egypt Market in line with market trends. • P&L Management: Ensuring delivery on all core KPIs: Sales, Gross Profit %, Average Value , Conversion, Average Selling Price, Weekly Stock Cover and cost control. • Planning & development of Marketing campaigns for Easy fit– Digital & Influencer campaigns. • Planning the promotion calendar on annual/ quarterly basis keeping in mind growth target/ competition/ market situation. • Inventory Management: Planning the refills/ new launches in line with the brand targets and ensuring high inventory turns • Directly managing a team of 20+ Back End & front ends teams (Merchandisers, Logistics, Graphic Designer, Trainers. • Evaluating the Monthly Plan with the team along with store structures. • Actively part of recruitments for store teams & store managers team for Inglot. • New Store Opening: Actively involved in new store projects - from reviewing and finalizing the site, •finalizing the store/ category layout, coordination with projects team and ensure availability of stock, testers, fixtures & staff.

R&d ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Sales & Customer Service • Responsible for Production ,Disturbution, Sales & performance • Conduct Daily Team meetings on a daily/ weekly basis on achievements, individual performance, sales & customer service trainings, product knowledge • Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers. • Implement sales promotion, and product display plans, analyze success rate of promotions, suggest for future promotions to other customers • Create in branch excitement with innovative & creative new display ideas • Observe and know the competition, compare pricing, selection of other brands customer service and stay updated with market trends • Ensure customer service standards excellence and consistently Inventory Management: • Monitor fast and slow moving stocks and initiate action to maximize sales, suggest pricing for clearance of ageing stocks, reduce damage stocks and minimize stock loss • Ensure stock ageing is below 90days, inventory level is below 4o days of sales budgets, and zero discrepancy in stock Team Management • Ensure consistent staff performance by coaching, counseling, disciplining; planning, monitoring, and appraising performance results • Responsible for role delivery and development of branch Managers
