• Job Details:• Produce monthly cost control reports reflecting budget, actual cost, earned value, cost variance & forecasted cost to complete. • Assess the performance of the engineering, procurement, fabrication, and operations departments by analyzing their monthly & overall productivities and expenditures in various projects. • Evaluate purchase orders (PO) before their issuance and spare the company approximately 100K SAR of potential losses per PO. • Recommend corrective actions to the concerned departments to mitigate future project losses. • Monitor projects’ changes and revise the budget and/or selling price accordingly to reach the most accurate estimate at completion and variance at completion. • Analyze contracts & generate contract summaries. • Prepared biannual cash-in reports to forecast the projects’ income. • Align new engineers with the company’s cost control procedures.
