• Job Details: Managing the daily tickets and make sure to finalize and close it before SLA.  Handling the PPMs by setting monthly branches planner, reviewing and inspecting the work done by technicians, provide quotation for the required spare parts.  Provide daily support to the client for the un-predicted, sudden requests.  Dealing with the subcontractors, and vendors to provide the required service whenever necessary.  Report to Facilities Manager and account manager on job progress on a daily basis.  Managing and submitting the PTWs (Permit to work) required for any hazardous task.  Provide MOS (Method of statement) whenever required for a task.  Daily tracking for the submitted quotations to the client on a PO tracker
