• Job Details:Drafted 2D and 3D designs and working drawings for projects of variant types and sizes, Proposed and Solved design issues that arise during construction, Managed all commercial issues related to the client and Subcontractors, e.g, variations, claims, etc. In light of the through review of the contract documents (IFCs, BOQs, Specifications, Submittals, etc..) - Prepare and review the materials submittals, Carried out Quantity Takeoff for different elements/materials. Carried out different projects Quantity surveying, Prepared the client and Subcontractor invoices, Prepared the requests information (RFIs) for missing/unclear data and other technical matters that may arise during construction, Prepared Cost Control data and solved related problems with BOQ clauses to avoid BOQ contracting clause loss, Reviewed and checked technical drawings by architectural technicians, CAD technicians and drafters
