International and Local Exhibitions Manager: • Preparing a year-by-year Exhibitions Calendar in Africa – the Middle East and Europe, to have a general view. • Collecting all data related to the selected Exhibitions of the year, by contacting the Organizer to have (the participation Fees, the available locations, the Quotation of the Bare space or the Turn Key Booth, the insurance Fees, and all the needed documents) • In the Case of Constructing a custom maid booth, collecting Quotations from different Booth Constructor agencies from different countries such as (Turkey, Poland, KSA, Dubai, Italy, Germany … etc.) • Preparing a General Budget for the selected Exhibitions of the year, including (the Participation Fees, Booth Construction, Flight Ticket, Accommodation, and any extra expenses) • After the Final decision, preparing the contract to be Signed by the Chairman, to proceed with the payment. • Preparing all the Documents needed for visa application if needed. • Executing all the reservations such as (Flight Tickets, transportation, and Hotel accommodation) • Working with the Design department to prepare all the Media Artworks needed for the Exhibition such as (Brochure, Fliers, Banners, Roll ups, Videos … etc.) • Working with the development department and the Warehouse department to prepare all the product Samples needed for the Exhibition and that ready before the Exhibition Date.
