• Job Details:- In-class, online ETC... training for internal and external sales men. - Organize event for dealers to make a - sample for new device and lunch events. - Training for supervisor (handle issue, deals, how to make training for sales men, sales track and find gaps, time management) - Tracking the sales with the sales director and fix the gaps. - L&D programs for the sales team. - Induction agenda for new hire. - Market visit for dealers and internal stuff. - Check the market insight (marketing, training, sellout, ETC..) - Make the training plan for Cairo team training team. - Responsible of 4 trainers in Cairo as a manager. - Attend all the hiring process and take the final call. - Quality check for the training and the quality of the sales team. - TTT for the new joining trainer. - Report directly to the sales director, HR manager, training manager. - Analysis the stock, data, sellout, pre-order. - Analysis the data came from data team to make the plan according the needs.
