• Job Details:- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Answering client questions about terms, products, prices and availability. - Receiving and tracking complaints till customer satisfaction is reached. - Prepare for internal or external audits. - Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered. - Assess client IT needs and make recommendations, including IT equipment and service packages - Regular visits for customers. - Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients. - Communicate with Vendors and distributers. - Process customer order and follow up on pending order. - Maintains up-to-date customer database, which provides essential reference material to the Sales and Marketing Division, Management and appropriate direction of the business.
