• Job Details:- Follow up with all department heads on Recruitment and Training needs. - Receive recruitment requisitions from department heads in (Egypt/ KSA). - Prepare the recruitment plan annually for both commercial team and production labor as per the annual headcount plan. - Building up a pool of resumes for all positions. - Interview, assess and select potential applicants of all job leveling starting from entry level to senior management level of all different functions in Commercial, Production and Admin in accordance to our scope of requirements, job description and qualifications. - Provide the head management with short-list applications according to my assessment and their requirements. - Attend all final interviews with the Ops, Administration and Distribution to maintain our recruitment service level. - Maintain and open new channels with head-hunters to support our recruitment needs. - Arrange for Current and Upcoming training (Reservations, Logistics/ Material, Coordination, Tracking scores.. etc,) - Setting up annual training plan per department as per TNA conducted with each function. - Developed/ Implement new induction program for new hires. - Preparation of Training/ Recruitment budget for 2011. - Developed new JDs for each job, verified and finalized with each HOD for approval. - Arrange with new hires for their hiring documents until personnel file is complete. - Follow up on the expediter to finalize all social insurance required documents. - Fix new working hours for administration staff, as per company needs and labor law. - Arrange for new hires medical testing and random medical testing for employees, in consolidation with the laboratory representative.
