• Job Details:Reports to Mall General Manager. -Analyzing Retailers' Sales data (Month to date/ Year to Date/ Turn Over Percentage Fees/ Rent to Sales Ratio) -Analyzing Brands performance according to Location, targeted customers and traffic. -Preparing OPEX, CAPEX, and Sales Budgets. -Responsible for maintaining the Business Processes and Department policies and procedures. -Preparing Revenue Reports submitted to the Chairman. -Managing the Department Team/ Delegating tasks/ Training new employees as required & acting as the Office Manager. -Managing the Debt Collections & Invoicing process of (Investment Fees/Utility Charges/Maintenance Charges/Late Charges). --Ensuring the Lease Agreements Terms are applied for each Retailer respectively. -Coordinating with Retail Design & Delivery and Leasing Departments to schedule the yearly refurbishment of the Mall Units. -Coordinating with Maintenance Department in rectifying the Mall & Units snags.. - Managing the Mall Car Park System (Registrations/Renewals/Cancellations/Invoicing) -Handling the Petty Cash Process. -Managing the Documentation process for the Retailers' Insurances & Licenses. -Raising Purchase Requests as required, following up on items delivery and related payments. --Yardi system user

Collection SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:-Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts -Investigate historical data for each debt or bill -Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments -Take actions to encourage timely debt payments -Process payments and refunds -Resolve billing and customer credit issues -Update account status records and collection efforts -Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
