• Job Details:1- Export Operation Specialist, handling ECU agents’ requests from A to Z as they are my clients. My job is to make the client come back with the next shipment and match their needs. 2- Get the best rate from carriers and sell to the agent. 3- Operate on the shipment, coordinate with the shipping line, shipper, and our agent, play a convergence role, keep them updated, and manage tasks and deadlines effectively. 4- Capturing, recording, organizing, and presenting information in a clear concise, and accurate manner. 5- Issuing shipment required docs (SI, HBL, Invoice, telex, etc ) 6- Daily report with all shipments and quotation requests’ updates.

Operations ExecutiveFull Time

• Job Details:1- Customer Service Specialist, in charge of handling Operation Process, Coordinate between clients, shipping lines, customs clearance department & trucking department to ensure executing the export forwarding operation. 2- Prepare and submit required documents such as Booking, SI, TR, or any other documents to fulfill the shipment. 3- Daily report with all shipments’ updates.

Logistic SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:I worked as an export and import coordinator, in charge of facilitating, arranging, and proceeding procedures of the end-to-end export/Import process for LCL/FCL, including documentation, shipping, and tracking. Collaborate with various internal departments, suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and our customs agent to ensure smooth execution of export/ Import operations.
