• Job Details:Supervise teams to ensure that execution of day- to day work assignments are accomplished on time and within given requirements/ standards. Lead the development of team to ensure service standards and capabilities are continually improved and upgraded. Suggest improvement of the QMS templates for continual alignment with business needs changes. Develop company wide documentation and standardization for TEData policies, processes and business forms taking into consideration the established quality standards and best practices. Analyze internal and external audit results and process performance measurements to discover areas of improvement. Implement process improvement initiatives in coordination with process owners and activity managers as per business priorities and in line with TEData quality objectives to enhance the QMS on a continual basis.

Process Management Senior SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:- Draw and document business processes based on adopted standards (e.g. eTOM) for all TEData functions. - Archive the documented processes - Ensure version control for all archived processes - Analyze and document business requirements in coordination with business users - Document and participate in coordination with business users in system acceptance tests -- Perform any other duties requested by the direct manager.

Process Management SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:Draft and develop business process work flows. Document, fill & record all process data. Consolidate inputs for updating process periodic plans. Collect and report process performance indicators. Apply and maintain agree\d upon quality standards (participated in TEData ISO 9001:2008 project).
