I have a long experience to handle all kind of travel arrangement (expert) • Compile and maintain database of suppliers, approving their invoices, checking the goods and services have been received to a satisfactory standards. • Supervisory duties include supervising the Head Office Receptionist, and Facility workers. • Responsible for overall facility maintenance of the Head Office, and orchestrate a team of workers to keep the Head office in its top condition. • Translate documents from Arabic to English for the GM as needed. • Handle and manage the weekly Management meeting minutes. • Coordinate General Manager’s office invoice payments including checking, monitoring and processing invoicing for payment. • Act as the ultimate point of contact and resolution for escalations where needed. • Take the initiative to deputize and respond on behalf of the General Manager where appropriate. • Negotiate with Directors, Managers and Staff and help resolve issues and give advice and information at all levels as required. • Responsible of all Turkish communities in Egypt (most of the biggest Turkish corporate accounts business such like (Hayat / Limak / KCG / LC Waikiki / Sahinlar / Beko /CSA…ETC ) • Responsible of all Turkish airlines holidays year round FIT & GRP • Ticketing services • Worldwide hotel accommodation online bookings • Visa issuing services • Conferences, incentives and gala dinner services • Travel insurances Others Skills: • Create & handling inbound & inbound packages • Manage incentive & one shot groups in Egypt and Istanbul (attached one of the appreciation letter I received) • Good negotiation for Internal Contracting (Hotel , Nile Cruises, restaurants) & External (Our supplier aboard ) • Specific Marketing research on potential associations and reported to the Director of sales in order to take the necessary approaches • Build the necessary quotations for all packages • Online bookings using B2B & CTC websites • Maintain and improve long-term relations, in addition to acquiring new ones • Strong leadership and managerial skills • Excellent negotiations and communications skills • Ability to work under stress, pressure and meeting deadlines • Provide support to all company staff, specially line managers and problem solving in dealing with all problems to ensure smoother operations and better service to our clients
