Page 2 of 6 - Revise English and Arabic text needed for online or offline materials. - Prepare reports as required. - Sites inspections in order to create presentations with recommendations. - Prepare other presentations as/when required. - Negotiate mutual benefits with potential business partners. - Review and amend contracts according to agreed terms. - Coordinate, manage and lead team to achieve appointed target / project. - Negotiate suppliers’ financial offers. - Create action plan as/when required. - Reviewed HSW policy and created procedures manual to fully comply with policy. Human Resource Activities: Develop job descriptions when needed. Post vacancy ads. Receive, filter and screen CVs. Hold interviews for administrative positions and provide feedback to Chairman. Attend interviews in collaboration with other operational departments and provide feedback to Chairman.
