• Job Details: Ensure Safety , Ergonomics requirements are met in all processes  Lead quality improvements activities in the process to improve SCR (service call rate) ,NRFT (not right first time) and we always use PFMEA , for improvement  Responsible for work station layout , process mapping , manpower movement and material flow design  Responsible for efficiency improvement focusing on productivity, labors and machinery utilization (OEE)  Responsible for budget calculation ( manpower, scrap .energy , water , CAPEX)  Responsible for others improvement activities (SMED ( single minute exchange die) , operators skills , workshop training , visual factory ,VSM (value steam map ) , labor maps , line balancing  Responsible for creating work instruction sheets including main process parameters Estimate costs and prepare budgets Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines Monitor production to resolve issues Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. Ensure output meets quality standards Enforce health and safety precautions

Technical office managerFull Time

• Job Details: Responsible for creating product technical file which including (BOM) Bill Of Material, Product drawing ,material data sheet , packing specs , and standard testes , storing conditions , material handling )  Lead quality improvements activities in the process to improve SCR (service call rate) ,NRFT (not right first time) and we always use PFMEA for improvement  Using problem solving techniques (fishbone – 5 why ) to find the root cause for problems  process deviation analysis using UCL & LCL charts  Specify the quality gates locations on the process Improving quality, costs reduction, process improvement by using Lean Manufacturing . Studying the market and determining competitors’ edges and new technologies adopted. Adding the technical relations and specifications for the concept designs as possible. Analyze Research data and Proposed Product Specifications to determine Product Feasibility Proposal. Prepares the policies and procedures manual to the overseen departments . Manage new material evaluations and build expertise and database for plastic materials. Analyze research data and proposed product specifications to determine product feasibility proposal. Perform and develop R&D functions in selecting new applications, materials, manufacturing methods, experimental design validity and test programs. Analyze test data and reports to ensure product compliance with the standard performance specifications. Develop product standards and production specifications, safety and sanitary regulations, and waste management. Manage and validate product prototypes, industrial designs, approved materials, and process parameters for production and quality departments. Revises and adjusts production plans according to the quarterly management reviews and communicates changes to the concerned parties. Ensures compliance of the manufacturing department’s team to Quality and Safety procedures and standards, and the efficient implementation of all Quality & Safety
