Doctoral Mentor, InstructorFull Time

• Job Details:Serves and Chairs Doctoral Dissertation committees Serves as a Doctoral Dissertation Mentor in the Business Management DBA program. Supervises the formulation and writing of the candidate's proposal. Serves as a Project Management Instructor, Operations Management Instructor, Supply Chain Management Instructor, and Strategic Management instructor. Integrates real world professional skillsets into the classroom setting or environment. This is necessary than just concentrating on theories and raw book knowledge. Encourage students and motivate them to perform at their highest level by observing an atmosphere of dignity and cordiality conducive to learning in the classroom. Serves as the central point of contact for the development of ideas, selection of an appropriate committee members and development of early drafts. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert in Qualitative and Quantitative research topics and design.
