• Job Details:Talent Acquisition Tasks: • Search resume databases for the most fit candidates. • Source candidates by cold calling and networking using LinkedIn and other social media. • Communicate with Hiring Managers. • Use multi-channel approach to recruit (LinkedIn - Wuzzuf - Bayt - Forsna - Telegram Groups - Facebook Groups - Ostawat - Recruitment agencies). • Arrange for Job fairs. • Put the candidates on tracking system to avoid any duplication in candidates. • Manage the on-boarding process and collect all new hire paperwork. • Conducting competency-based interviews for the senior and managerial jobs to ensure selecting the best candidate for the position • Exit interviews. • Probation period E-mails. • Supervise on team from 3 (1 TA specialist - 2 Internships). • SAP User. OD Tasks: • Update Manpower on monthly bases • Update Org chart and Dash board on monthly basis • Hiring requests • writing Job Descriptions with the Technical Hiring manager L&D Tasks: • Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees. • Arrange all meetings with our vendors (Zedny - Almentor - E_learning linked-in) to transfer all Knowledge to our employees to get full experience from our E-learning platforms. • Issuing the POS for our Vendors.
