• Job Details:Provide skills required to the operation of store. Set an efficient system for storekeeping. Responsible for maintenance of Maximum and minimum of stocks, the operation of an accounting system, maintenance of inventory records, and receiving, inspecting and storing of supplies disbursed on job orders and internal transfer. Assist the preparation and maintenance of file of a standardized ordering specification. Monitor the inventory of supplies stored on warehouse. Prepare reports of stockroom condition and activity. Train and develop subordinate, provide appropriate coaching, guidance and supervision to subordinate and complete annual performance evaluation. Responsible for duties assigned, relating to internal controls and including safeguarding of company assets, reliability of stores financial information and compliance with company policy and procedures. Shuffling all stock continuously Proper housekeeping of entire warehouse premises Coordinate with EDP, Sales office, Account section Maintain customer satisfaction always
