• Job Details:QUALITY ASSURANCE & COMPLIANCE SECTION HEAD Responsible for: • Leading and managing a cross-functional quality assurance team to ensure compliance with BRC, FSSC V.6, HACCP, FDA, Halal, Kosher, SMETA, BSCI, Amazon Social, and NFSA standards. • Supervising and mentoring QA specialists, auditors, and quality control staff across multiple departments to drive quality and food safety objectives. • Overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of GMP systems and quality assurance protocols. • Organizing and conducting “Prerequisite Programs (PRPs)” training for site managers and both internal and outsourced employees. • Enhancing food safety culture by executing a monthly training plan and performance evaluations. • Leading the verification and validation of HACCP and food safety plans in coordination with QA teams. • Managing internal and external audits, ensuring full readiness for ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 certification. • Handling customer complaints and non-conformities by directing root cause analysis and CAPA activities with team members. • Overseeing the documentation system and quality data tracking via ERP, delegating responsibilities within the QA team. • Ensuring timely follow-up on corrective actions from NFSA and third-party audits by assigning tasks and monitoring progress. • Proven ability to lead teams under pressure, demonstrated in roles at Green Hope and Royal Herbs, where team leadership resulted in successful audit outcomes and strengthened compliance systems.
