• Job Details:- Managing some accounts amounting about EGP 3.4 Billion out of EGP 15.7 Billion. - Spreading and analyzing Financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow) under Banking Spreading System "Moody's Risk Analyst " - Analyze and interprets Financial Statements Analysis using analytical ratio i.e DSR, financial leverage, quick ratio... Etc - Analyzing and spreading the financial models to meet the financial and applying the worth case (if any) - Preparing Projection studies and applying the worth case (if any). - Preparing market, industry and risk study for any sector. - Identifying the strength and weakness points for the sector. - Prepare the credit memorandums for new customers and wavier / renewal / amendments memorandums for the existing customers, the Credit memorandum includes. - Gathering company profile information and evaluating it. - Confirm that the customer meet his financial obligations. - Customer compliance with his projected financial covenants. - Assisting the team leader to achieve the team target. - Prepare any required reports requested from the Sector Head for any external parties. - Follow up the Credit memo with the Risk Department and answering their concerns and negotiate their terms. - Follow up the activation of the facility by coordinating between our bank and the facility agent. - Assisting the Relationship Manager in Term Sheet preparation. - Reviewing the Facility Contract with the Approved Term Sheet to make sure that the required terms are included in the Facility Contract.
