Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in regularly. Handle cash and process payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area. Assist with setting up and clearing tables. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally. Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Have good knowledge about alcohol, beer, wine, etc.
