- Job Details:• Responsible for all export process & Client accounts. - Sending Performa invoice for the Client. - Book the date & containers with the shipping company. - In the day of loading we make the final invoice & packing to the clients &Customs official & final shipping declaration to the shipping co. - Follow up with the shipping company until we get the Bill of loading. - Follow up with the Customs official until we get the certificate of origin for this shipment. - After getting all the original documents (certificate of origin & bill of loading & original invoice , packing list ) we send a soft copy to the client by mail & send the original doc by carrier to the client destination. - Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time. - Handle Client's payments and issue bank transfers (swifts & Lc's). - Manage carrier relations; booking loads, negotiating rates and contracts, and monitor sea shipments. - All accounts intervene in two ways: By data programs (Oracle & Baan)
