Business Analyst

• Job Details:Created product road-map and was a part of product vision with product managers. Participated in sprint planning, daily scrum, retrospective, stakeholders meeting and giving demos to key stakeholders. Part of PI planning and tracking the PI release burndown chart and co-ordinate with the RTE’s. Worked closely with the product manager in backlog management and responsible for product backlog prioritization. Responsible for work breakdown structure (WBS) at scrum level. Part of sprint grooming and created user stories with necessary UI mock-up using Figma. Conducted user acceptance testing (UAT) for every sprint before moving the stories to ‘done’. Worked with team lead and architect to document requirements and further requirement clarifications. Documented usability feedback/reviews on the application to access design decisions early in the process and re-prioritize the backlog for agile release. Participated in the quality assurance process by validating reports, defects/changes against requirements. Experience in requirement analysis and documenting business requirements document (BRD) and functional requirements documents (FRD). Created use-case diagram, sequence diagram after accessing the scope of the project.

Scrum Master

• Job Details:Conducting scrum events - sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Facilitating the scrum process and making sure that the team follows it. Identifying and removing any impediments that may be preventing the team from delivering value. Helping team to follow the scrum principles and values and continuously improve their processes. Protecting the team from outside distractions and interruptions. Making sure that there is clear communication between the developers, the product owner and stakeholders. Participating in PI planning and execution of the scrum team. Participating in scrum of scrums and report generations like burndown, burn up, velocity charts and defect management charts. Regular co-ordination with offshore and onshore teams to communicate timelines, requirements, track the road-map and co-ordinate to get issues resolved in a timely manner.

Manual Test Engineer

• Job Details:Reviewed software requirements and developed test plans, strategies, and scenarios to ensure all requirements are met. Conducted functional, regression and user acceptance testing. Developed and executed test cases as per requirement needed in the application. Utilized bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) to track, manage, and prioritize defects. Collaborated closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to identify root causes of defects and implement effective resolutions. Conducted regression testing to ensure the platform's compatibility across multiple browsers and devices.
