• Job Details:• To direct and co-ordinate the overall activities of the Security Department. To guarantee the safety of all the guests, employees. visitors. • Give direction and control all activities relating to the Security department, ensure the company meets its financial and guest/employees satisfaction objectives. • Responsible to create and coordinate trainings or anything related to employee development programs. • Conduct Investigation of cases as per complaints from Guest/Employees. • Conduct Security Survey with the end view of submitting recommendations for improving operational efficiency. • To coordinate with local authorities in case of Emergency / Incident • In Charge of Fire Alarm System Control Panel Board Operations • In-Charge of CCTV Operation and Control • In-Charge of Key Control Procedures. • In-Charge of Returnable and Un-returnable Gate-pass monitoring • In-Charge of Staff, Visitors, Contractors access badge monitoring. • Spearhead the Emergency Response Team in the Company; Rescue and Operation of the employee during Earthquake, Fire, Flood incident/accident. • Performed Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support, BLS (Cardio-Pulmonary-Resuscitation) when incident transpired. • Making changes to working practices that are safe and comply with legislation • Preparing Health and Safety strategies and developing internal policy • Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risk could be reduced. • Advising on a range of specialist areas e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery and occupational diseases.
