• Job Details:Plan, direct and manage the activities of Financial reporting Unit, Segmentation Unit and Performance Analysis & Control Unit. Handle the efficient allocation of tasks among subordinates, ensuring smooth processing of work.  Plan, direct and manage the activities of Financial reporting Unit as follow: • Participate in the annual Profitability & Commercial Budget planning and forecasts in collaboration with concerned commercial business lines and Finance Division. • Manage the process of profitability & commercial budget allocation and distribution on all levels (Regions, Groups, Branches, & Portfolio Managers) for retail & corporate activities, ensuring their alignment with the bank’s commercial strategy. • Ensure that the branches achieve their profitability goals and objectives in their commercial activities, providing regular reporting of strong achievers and weak achievers among the branches, and monthly benchmarks of performance. • Monitor all revenues generated from bank products and provide comparative reports for Monthly / Quarterly and yearly records. • Manage the process of developing and creating of all profitability reports including (Markets profitability, Assets & Liabilities net banking income, Net Interest spread, Payroll deals, branches profitability budget achievement, breakeven & payback analysis, Fees & commission revenue, client’s profitability per product, etc…)  Plan, direct and manage the activities of Segmentation Unit as follow: • Responsible in collaboration with business lines management for developing a clear definition for the bank customer segments tiers in both Corporate and Retail line of business. • Manage the monthly and annual segmentation process for all business line and ensure its compliance with CBE regulations and the bank commercial approach. • Prepare, review & provide the commercial management with regular analysis reports, comparative studies & statistical analysis in order to support in following up on the bank’s commercial performance and trend and further assist in the commercial decision making. • Responsible for all customer segment group research including extracting customer data and analyzing profiles on all levels (demographic studies, products penetration rate, seasonal consumption, etc…) to determine market segment requirements. • Develop in collaboration with concerned stakeholders on all levels (Business lines, Marketing Department and Markets) targeted product offerings, services or marketing campaigns based on customer segments and profiles. • Provides information and analytical studies to sales and marketing teams to assist in the promotion of bank products & services reports to support them in achieving their targets compared to the annually set commercial budget, to maximize the bank’s profitability. • Analyze historical commercial segmentation data, trends and the products behavior & seasonality, utilizing various & efficient statistical methods, to attain clarity of summaries  Plan, direct and manage the activities of Performance Analysis & Control Unit as follow: • Prepare, review & provide the commercial management with regular commercial analysis reports, and comparative studies & statistical analysis in order to support in following up on the bank’s commercial performance and trend and further assist in the commercial decision making. • Prepare, review & provide the Commercial Management with monthly NPL and Provision Reports complying with CBE concepts on all levels (Branches, Clients Segments, Payroll companies, etc…) • Handle all management inquiries regarding the commercial and risk lists in order to increase the efficiency of their commercial efforts. • Manage the process of developing and creating of Risk & control reports including (Clients shifting to non-active, payroll clients stopped salary transfer, daily monitoring for significant deposits and withdrawals amounts, CBE Exemption to SMEs Financing, NPL and delinquents reports for payroll companies, Markets & Branches…)

Financial Reporting Team LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:• Collect and compile data from Finance MIS to develop various monthly, quarterly and yearly financial profitability reports and studies at different levels of the bank including: Bank’s Branches, Markets, Products and Portfolio Managers. • Prepare a monthly detailed profitability report covering all bank “Assets & Liabilities” products; Report includes products’ average volumes evolution, net interest spread, fees & commission revenue, Net banking income and profitability yearly budget achievement for both Retail & Corporate Line of business. • Develop a monthly detailed report to analyze each “branch direct expenses”; Report includes branches operating expenses, staff expenses, real estate costs, stamp duty, depreciation expenses, expenses year over growth and yearly budget utilization. • Develop a monthly detailed report to analyze each “Branch Profitability” evolution and achievement; Report includes profit generated from each client segment in the branch, from each product and from each Portfolio Manager. Report includes as well total branch net interest income, fees & commissions revenue, other operating income, net banking income, interest spread, branch total expenses and gross profit for both Retail & Corporate line of business. • Develop and review reports to assist new branches with profitability performance analysis and recommendations to reach breakeven and start payback. • Prepare in coordination with Finance department yearly “Fees & Commissions” budget and follow-up budget achievement progress. • Develop a monthly detailed report to analyze “Fees & Commission” revenue evolution and achievement; Report evaluates fees & commissions related to accounts annual and periodic fees, Loans, Plastic Cards, ATM, Remote banking, LC, LG, Mutual Funds, Means of payments and all other bank products and services. • Develop a monthly detailed report to analyze Retail & Corporate “Markets Profitability” evolution and achievement; Report presents average volumes and profit generated from each product in every market including (Net interest income, fees & commissions, Net banking income, spread margin). Report covers as well Markets profitability repartition among bank branches • Develop a monthly “Client Profitability” report including average volumes and Profit generated from each client ‘product. Report highlights as well top profitable & most losing clients on the level of each Branch and Market for both Retail and Corporate line of business. • Develop a monthly “Payroll Profitability” report including Profit generated from each Payroll Company • Support management, branches and other departments with any required profitability figures regarding bank products, Markets, Payroll companies, Individual clients, payroll clients, etc…

Senior Commercial & Budgeting ExecutiveFull Time

• Job Details:• Review all the data processed on the Discoverer by the IT Development Team and release regular Commercial reports regarding branches Retail activities, Retail Markets and Portfolio Managers productivity • Plan all the “Retail budget” stages and follow up on the performance by comparing the planned to the actual achievement. • Prepare on a Monthly basis the “Retail Activity Report” and indicators that analyze the branches figures such as Sales per product, penetration ratios, commercial effectiveness and budget comparisons. • Prepare on a Monthly basis the “Yearly Animation Theme” report to encourage branches to achieve their sales target. • Prepare monthly delinquent reports (Non-performing loans & Credit Cards) and sort clients according to their branch and payroll Company to facilitate concerned departments to follow up on delinquent customers • Prepare monthly “Commercial Lists” to increase branches commercial efficiency, i.e. clients who are adequate to acquire facilities but do not acquire any; all lists include full client’s profile information (monthly salary, contacts, employer name…). • Prepare monthly “Control Reports” and disseminate it to the concerned parties, i.e. new clients with no credit movement, payroll clients with no salary transfer, clients who possibly will shift to non-active clients…. • Prepare on a monthly basis “Payroll Activity Report”, i.e. active payroll companies evolution, sales per company, NPL and delinquent credit cards per company, profit revenue per company…. • Generate with the IT Development Team the segmentation script twice a year. Provide the Head of Markets with the reports ‘results and analysis, concerning each segment. • Prepare on a regular basis comparative studies to be provided to the Management and the Head of Markets in order to increase the efficiency of their commercial efforts concerning each segment. • Handle all inquiries regarding the retail activities and prepare irregular reports requested by the Management and Head of Markets.
