HR Recruitment Specialist Full Time

• Job Details:Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies and uploading job in recruitment media and social media • Perform all data entry and proper filling system to keep a qualified candidates database and CV bank for all screened CVs received to be categorized as appropriate. • Conduct phone screening and face to face interviews in a professional and presentable manner. • Conduct orientation sessions to potential applicants to qualify them for final interviews • Perform other related duties as required.

Technical Complaint Handling SupportFull Time

• Job Details:• Interface between customer service department & internal technology department. • Co-coordinating cross-functional activities in the investigation of customer complaints and determination of root cause • Coordinating and support complaint handling of service complaints received by Customer service department

Training Unit AssistantFull Time

• Job Details:• Developing the Training materials and preparing new materials for new trainings. • Delivering the training ( inside and outside Cairo ). • Organizing and tracking training Logistics. • Providing Feedback for Volunteer Trainers.
