• Job Details:Project managing of the monthly tracker retail audit projects with the operations vendor. Analyse and represent quarterly reports for the market trend on 12 key products of El Araby group in the Egyptian market. Analyse and report volume and value and different market aspects shares for El Araby brands compared with competitor brands in Egyptian market. Analyse and report distribution aspects of Numeric and weighted distribution in addition to Turnover share of El Araby brands compared with key market players based on retail audit data. Identify key market players market shares on regional basis compared with El Araby brands shares. In depth involvement in international markets retail audit data analysis and reporting. Developing price sensitivity reports to the pricing managers. Day to day interaction with other key departments managers including distribution team, sales team, product management team, in addition to export and brand management teams. Worked intensively on developing forecasting and market monitoring models like value/volume funnel forecasting, Demand forecasting model, and BCG model.
