• Job Details: Working as a Excursions Executive at Abanoub Travel, From October 2016 till now: Responsibilities: Reservations for hotels and inserting all in a computerized system. Booking flight seats, hotels, coaches & guides for the excursions. Day by day using the company computer system, organizing the daily trips (etc.… Ras Mohamed Snorkeling, Cairo by road, Luxor by Flight…). Reserving coaches, guides, restaurants, flight seats, boats….. Following up with guides & representatives that there is no delay to pick up the clients and everything is going smoothly. All the day round answering inquires of the hotel Reps about the situation of the trips for the next days. Solving on the spot any problem that appears while picking a client up or after starting the day tour. Having a hotline 24/7 mobile number to answer the queries of the clients, guides or hotels' reps
