Working in close conjunction with different embassies.  .Maintaining a smooth process for Visa application and making sure that the documents required are available and ready for the embassy  .Supporting customers with any extra information needed to make sure that the whole process goes smoothly and efficiently.  .Achieving targets and maintaining the key performance indicators.  Promoted to a senior representative , VAC operations (Visa application center), which is a full Face to Face customer assistance and collecting all the needed documents for the any kind of VISA and deliver it to the targeted embassies flawless and ready for review.  .Currently working in the American Embassy in Cairo as an application coordinator.
